1. General Information about the Hotel

Where is your hotel located?

Our hotel is located at Via Bell'Italia, 41, Peschiera del Garda, Verona. We are 3.8 km from the Peschiera del Garda highway exit, 16 km from Verona Airport, and 2.4 km from Peschiera del Garda train station.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, while check-out must be done by 10:00 AM.
It is possible to request a late check-out until 12:00 PM, with an additional fee and prior reservation at the reception.

Can I check in at any time?

The reception is open 24 hours a day, so you can check in at any time after 3:00 PM.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we can store your luggage for free before check-in or after check-out, if necessary.

2. Bookings and Rates

How can I book a room?

You can book a room directly on our website, by phone at 0456402522 (also on WhatsApp), or by email at zibahotel@trulyitaly.com.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer refundable rates, which are refundable up to 3 days before arrival. After this time, the cancellation will incur a 100% penalty.
Non-refundable rates require full prepayment at the time of booking and cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Services and Facilities

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

We do not have a restaurant in the hotel, but we collaborate with Trattoria Bell'Italia, located just a few steps away. Guests can enjoy a 10% discount on the à la carte menu thanks to our partnership.

Do you accept pets?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any pets.

Do you have parking available?

Yes, the hotel offers both outdoor parking and an indoor garage. Both are included with your booking, and there is no need to reserve in advance.

Does the hotel have a pool?

The hotel has an outdoor unheated pool, which will be closed from September 28, 2025, to May 31, 2026.

Is the hotel accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, our hotel is fully accessible to guests with reduced mobility, including elevators, rooms, and bathrooms designed for accessibility.

Is the access to the spa included in the reservation?

Access to the spa is always included for guests who book directly through our official website or via our direct channels.

What does the spa include?

Our Musa Spa is an oasis of wellness and relaxation, offering the following facilities: sauna, Turkish bath, Kneipp path, emotional showers, whirlpool tub, and a relaxation area with a selection of herbal teas.
Treatments and massages are available by appointment. We highly recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

Is there a minimum age to access the spa?

Access to the spa is allowed from 16 years of age.

What should I bring to access the spa?

To access the spa, wearing a swimsuit is required. Bathrobes and slippers are provided by the reception upon request (€5.00 per person).
